I had a lovely stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with a charming little balcony that we adored. The check-in experience was smooth, and everything looked exactly as expected. The service, despite a mishap with my case in the lift, was overall extremely helpful, especially thanks to Franciasca. The location, just 5 minutes from Termini central station, was convenient for exploring Rome, though it felt a little sketchy at night.
